Normally the payment term is 100% before shipment. For above 10000$, the payment term can be T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.

Q2. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the samples if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q3. How about your delivery time?
The specific delivery time is depended on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q4. Can you providing GPS tracking system and APP?
Yes, we have our GPS tracking software/system and APP. We also provide our protocol for integrating to your system.

Q5: Does the GPS tracker need a SIM card?
1. It depends on the models. Most of our GPS tracking devices need the SIM card, please check the network details from the product description before ordering.
2. Normally 4G device can compatible with 3G and 2G network, so a 4G SIM card is needed. 2G/3G SIM card can’t work on 4G device. NB-IOT devices need NB-IOT network, please check with your operator to confirm if your area has been covered with stable NB-IOT network.
3. We are also able to do customization on e-SIM solution. Just feel free to contact us if needed.
