Product Description

Main Equipment

Vibrating feeder

This machine can transfer the bulk, granular materials to the crushers from the stock bin evenly and continuously in the given time. In the stone and sand production lines, it can feed the crushing equipments continuously and screen the materials coarsely.

Jaw crusher

Jaw crusher is the primary crushing equipment in the crushing production line , it used to crush the large stone (300-1200mm) into medium size (100-200mm) , the fine type jaw crusher can produce 0-40mm aggregate.

Cone crusher

A Cone Crusher is a compression type of machine that reduces material by squeezing or compressing the feed material between a moving piece of steel and a stationary piece of steel. Final sizing and reduction is determined by the closed side setting or the gap between the two crushing members at the lowest point.

Impact crusher

An impact crusher is a machine that uses striking as opposed to pressure to reduce the size of a material. Impact crushers are designated as a primary, secondary, tertiary or quarternary rotor crusher depending on which processing stage the equipment is being utilized.

VSI Sand Making Machine

The VSI is typically used after a primary or secondary crusher. This makes a VSI ideal for making sand and for making coarse and medium aggregates for concrete/asphalt production.

Sand washing machine

Sand washer is the commonly used equipment in artificial sand making production line. It is widely used to process silica sand, river sand, yellow sand, sea sand, etc. It is used to remove the dirt and impurities in sand for sand washing, classifying and grading to meet the standard.

Vibrating screen

Sand screening machine is widely used to classify the minerals such as stone,sand, ore and othe kinds of minerals in mining, quarry, construction, building material industry. It can be featured with 2 layers, 3 layers, 4 layers. It is used to sort and classify the materials accoding to the particle size by its circular vibration.

Belt Conveyor

Belt conveyor has the advantages of big conveying amount, simple structure, convenient maintenance and standard spare parts. The hot-sale types are including: Belt Width 500mm, 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, 1600mm. Mobile Stone Crushing Plant

Wheel type mobile crusher

Compared with stationary crushing plant , the wheel type mobile crusher don't need to build concrete base , cost much lower , but need the truck head when moving from one site to another.

Crawler type mobile crusher

Compared with wheel type mobile crusher , crawler type mobile crusher normally need 3 machine (primary crusher , secondary crusher , screening machine) work together , but wheel type only need two trailer , also because of the crawler mobile crusher can move itself at any time , the cost is much higher .

Packing and delivery

The main machine is nude packing , motor , V-belt , Anchor bolt are packing in wooden box ,we will test the machine three times to make sure it is 100% qualified before the machine leave factory .
