Our main production equipment includes one Japanese FBO Ⅲ production line, one FDNX production line, one Z148 molding machine circular production line (1,040mm*600mm sand box),  6 sets of Z148 and Z145 molding machines, 2 sets of 2 tons of intermediate-frequency electric furnaces, 6 sets of 1.5tons intermediate-frequency electric furnaces, 3 sets of sand treatment systems which belong to molding equipment, more than 20 core shooting machines, 12 sets of after treatment cleaning equipment, 1 set of surface treatment spraying production line, as well as more than 60 sets of machining equipment including CNC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, machining centers and so on.

Our company has complete inspection equipment mainly including Germany OBLF GS-1000 direct-reading spectrometers, Metallurgical microscopy, Hardness testers, Universal material testers, Fast analyzer before furnace, Molding sand laboratories, Korean magnetic defect detector, Spheroidization rate detector, Three coordinates measuring instrument, Surface treatment roughness tester and so on.

Our main products include auto parts, high speed railway parts, fire hydrant pipe fittings, valve parts, agriculture machinery spare parts, etc. exported to USA, UK, Canada, Turkey, Germany and other countries.
