Product Introduction
This product is composed of 6 double-stranded DNA bands, suitable for the analysis of DNA bands in agarose gel electrophoresis. The product already contains 1×loading buffer, you can directly take 2-5μl for electrophoresis according to the needs of the experiment, which is easy to use and clear electrophoretic images. The sizes of the 6 bands are 250, 1000, 2500, 5000, 7000, and 10000bp respectively. The content of the 2500bp band is 100ng/5μl, showing the highlight band, and the concentration of the remaining bands is 50ng/5μl.

Instructions
1. Take 2-5μl of this product and add it to the sample hole of the agarose gel for electrophoresis.
Note: The sample amount is determined according to the thickness and width of the electrophoresis comb. Each 1mm×1mm (thickness×width) sample hole is loaded with 1μl; the narrow tooth comb (generally 1mm×2mm) is loaded with 2μl; the wide tooth comb (generally 1mm×5mm) is loaded with 5μl. If you use a thick-tooth comb or a comb wider than 5mm, you can adjust the sample amount appropriately.

2. Suggested electrophoresis conditions: gel concentration is 1.0%, gel length is 5-7cm, electrophoresis voltage is 4-10v/cm, electrophoresis time is 25-30 minutes.

3. Observe the band under UV light after staining with EB.
Note: If dyes such as Goldview are used for dyeing, since the sensitivity is lower than EB, please increase the sample amount of the Marker as appropriate.

Precautions

1. The quality of agarose has a great influence on the electrophoresis of DNA. Please try to use high-quality agarose when electrophoresis.
2. Please use freshly prepared electrophoresis buffer and freshly prepared agarose gel for electrophoresis to ensure a good separation effect of the Marker.
3. The Marker is suitable for determining the size of DNA fragments and accurately quantifying DNA content.
