1. How long should these solar light stay on?

A: 6-8hours after whole day or charge.

2. How bright are these solar ceiling light?

A: The solar light used hight brightness SMD2835 led beads, 10lm each led. The whole light working brightness will vary with the battery full or not. 

3. Is it waterproof?

A: Yes, IP65. They design for outdoor garden decorative lighting.

4. Why it only work 4-5hours in cloudy days?

A: Because the battery is not fully charged in bad weather times, as the same for Winter. But only if there is plenty of sunlight, it will work longer at night. By the way, for first use, pls be sure the battery full charge, the battery has memory, first time fully charge, in further the battery can instore more power.

6. Can I place sample order directly online?

A: Sure. But for express / shipping cost, it is better to inquiry us firstly. No official express company can send with battery inside, and their cost is more expensive. We have our own way to send these goods with cheaper price.

7. How about shipment?

  A: For small order, 10pcs 50pcs 100pcs.....Order online directly ok, the online alibaba shipping fee also ok, but also can contact us with better shipping fee door to door.

       During the Discount Sourcing Festival, we accept client paied online order under alibaba express with discount or Full reduction coupon, just for solar light order it may has shipping problem with battery, if the online order client fix only one shipping method which cannot do the shipping, we will contact client to ship by other shipper. Usually the shipping fee wont change.

 A: For small order which we have stock, the lead time is about 7-10days. For OEM order of big quantity, the lead time is 30-35days after receiving the deposit payment.
