Numerical control fiber winding machine (cloth)
is a bunch of multibeam rubber continuous fiber or presoak cloth belt, according to certain rules to product mold or core surface and curing become products of special equipment. CNC fiber (cloth belt winding machine is developed by our company with independent intellectual property products. The machine adopts Siemens (with PMAC) CNC system can realize two axis, three axis, four axis linkage. Equipment operation stable, reliable, low noise used in glass fiber, carbon fiber, carbon cloth, high silica cloth winding.
Prepreg device
In material preparation are divided into roller method (row machine and continuous method (rubber machine) in two ways. Row machine will is a beam or two fiber beam spreading after different resin solution soak glue, after winding according to certain rules to the different diameter of roller one-way without weft cloth is formed on special equipment.Soak glue machine is the bundle of fibers and spreading or rolling, roll fabric after resin soak glue made winding meet the requirements of unidirectional weft cloth or fabric cloth specially with the equipment.
