but the MOQ. need 1,000pcs/colour for the second order.

Re:Yes, of course.  Please tell me your DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT account, we will sent the sample for you.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
Re:Around 2-3 days without logo printing.

Around 7-10 woking days with customized logo printing.
4. How long is the production lead time?
Re:It's depend on your order quantity. Normally the lead time need 25-35 days.
5. How many colors are available?

Re:Customized, Any silicone colors are available by pantone code.
6. Can I printing logo on the products?
Re:Sure, customized logos are welcome and it can be as your requirement by silk printing or pad printing.

7. What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?

Re:AI, IGS ,STP and CDR is workable .

We will make 3D drawing in UG ,PRO-E software . 

8.What is your payment terms?

Re:Our normal payment terms is 100% by T/T for small order.

For bulk order : 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping.
