We present you a fully automated, modern device that is designed for burning pellets and agro-pellets (e.g. pellets from rape straw or sunflower husks pellets). The burner applies innovative design of cleaning mechanism – a rotary blower and combustion chamber, which enables the burner to lean itself from the ashes and slag. The burner does not require cleaning. Our solutions ensure trouble-free operation of the burner and prolong its operational life.
Heating with pellets has never been so easy: full automatic and no need for cleaning save your time and ensure high operational comfort.
The solution involving the rotary combustion and blower chamber eliminates all the problems resulting from slag build-up in both compartments. We have applied a cyclical stirring of the furnace by rotating the chamber, where processes of slag formation and ash accumulation occur. This provides continuous removal of combustion products from the combustion and blower chamber without affecting the capacity of the device and clogging of the chamber is prevented (often present in other commercially available burners). This means stable and efficient operation of the burner.

Rotary combustion and blower chamber ensure:

- maintenance-free operation of the burner
- option of burning pellets of inferior quality (e.g. from sunflower husks)
- continuous burning without spot loads on the furnace grid
- guaranteed preset capacity of the burner
- convenient use (the burner does not require cleaning)

 

Burner application

 

KIPI burner may be used with any boiler that has the option of collecting and removing the ashes – both in households and industrial plants. They may be used, for example in central heating boilers and steam boilers.

KIPI burners allow you quick and simple switching to a different heating source – if you have been suing coal or oil, you can easily upgrade your boiler with KIPI burner. Changing your heating to pellets may save up to 60% of your heating costs.

 

Equipment

KIPI burners are equipped with the following components:

- Controls the boiler, central heating and hot water systems and mixers for radiator and floor circuits,
- indicates operating parameters on the 5″or 4.3″ screen,
- weather control the central heating and hot water circulation,
- controls a three-way or four-way valve.

- cooperation via radio ISM and WiFi with panels or remote control thermostats and the ecoNET300 internet module and the ecoNET.apk application, which allows you to manage the entire on-line heating system - optional
