Application of thermoplastic polyurethane (extrusion grade)

TPUCO thermoplastic polyurethane is suitable for injection, extrusion or calendering molding. Extrusion grade thermoplastic polyurethane can be used to make transmission belt, air hose, pneumatic tube, TPU film, bra strip, cable jacket…etc.

l   Transmission belting: conveyor belt, round belt, V-belt…etc.

l   Tubing: air hose, conveyor hose, high pressure hose…etc.

l   Films and sheets: waterproofing film, sheet for conveyor belt…etc.

l   Garment purpose: shoulder strap, seam tape, bra strap …etc.

l   Electronic industry: cable jacket, protection coverage of wire…etc.

Characteristics of thermoplastic polyurethane

TPUCO thermoplastic polyurethane performs good toughness, abrasion resistance, UV resistance, hydrolysis resistance, low temperature resistance, oil resistance and so on. TPUCO can also especially produce thermoplastic polyurethane granule according to customers’ specific application.

Please store thermoplastic polyurethane granule under cool (59℉/15℃ -77℉/25℃) and dry conditions. It must be protected from exposure to humidity and direct sunlight to prevent premature degradation.
