Brushless DC inverter aeration is a new development in aquaculture equipment. It uses new technologies to improve the drawbacks of traditional oxygen generators.
1. Energy-saving and high-efficiency, DC inverter aerator has more than 30% power saving and 1.5KW capacity (close to 3KW) compared with traditional power aerators of the same power. The oxygen-enhancing effect is equivalent to the traditional two-stage effect. The uniquely designed impeller achieves the effects that conventional impellers cannot achieve.
2. There is no gear box, no need to refuel, environmental protection and no pollution; low noise and lower energy consumption, greatly improving the various drawbacks of the traditional turbine gear transmission and prolonging the service life.
3. Wide voltage operation, when the voltage changes, the controller automatically converts the voltage, the 380V voltage range is 300V~420V, and the 200V voltage range is 160∨~260∨. It will not be unstable due to the high or low voltage or affect the oxygenation capacity. The frequency converter is one of the core advantages of this traditional turbomachine.
4. Non-burning machine protection, effectively avoiding various motor failures: 1. Phase loss protection without downtime;2. Low voltage automatic protection / automatic restart; 3. Impeller blocking automatic shutdown protection; 4. Overload limit power protection; 5. Motor short circuit protection.
5. The new frequency converter adjusts the appropriate current according to the resistance, so that the output is stable, the aerator is running more smoothly, the equipment starts slowly, and the fish, shrimp, crab and seedling pond are not damaged.
6.The body controller, the control system is tightly sealed, the water can not enter the inside of the fuselage, the shell
