Fully Automatic Tensile Adhesion Tester
BGD 500/S automatic pull adhesion tester is an intelligent adhesion tester developed by our company with reference to similar foreign products. It performs pull-off test on the coating with specific area through hydraulic pressure. Pull-off force can be accurately displayed by digital display, and there are two different units MPa and PSI to choose from.
Features:
◆ Portable design, built-in rechargeable lithium battery, no external power supply, suitable for field and laboratory use
◆ Pioneered in China, the drawing method is fully automatic to test the adhesion of coating and substrate; High repeatability of test data
◆ Electrically controlled hydraulic pump automatically and continuously increases the drawing force, reducing the influence of human error and drawing process to the greatest extent
◆ 5.0-inch oversized touch screen with drawing force curve display function can clearly observe the change of drawing force in the whole test process
◆ Drawing rate adopts PID closed-loop control, stable and adjustable
◆ During the test process, the drawing force can be constant to determine whether the coating is detached from the substrate under a certain value of force.
◆ The device is equipped with the standard micro-USB interface, which is similar to the USB disk after connecting with the computer. The device can directly copy the stored experimental data without installing any software, so it is simple and convenient to use
◆ Compliance with GB/T 5210, ASTM D4541/D7234, ISO 4624/16276-1 and other standards
◆ Real-time clock is built in the machine, and all saved data have corresponding experimental date and time, etc.; It is convenient for users to summarize and manage the experimental data
◆ 10,14,20 and 50mm puller spindles extend the function and resolution of the instrument for products with different adhesion strength
◆ Every instrument is calibrated by traceable pressure sensor before leaving the factory. The precision is ±1% of the full range, and the calibration certificate is attached
◆ Internal storage of pull-off data, including maximum pull-off force, pull-off rate, test time and size of pull-off spindle
◆ The pull-off rate display makes it easier for the operator to observe and adjust the pull-off rate and conforms to the international standard test method
◆ By pressing the button, you can choose the pull-off unit size, change the measuring unit or save the reading
◆ No need to switch tables, the instrument automatically follow
