1:How about installation and adjustment? After the equipment arrives at the customer's site, the customer only needs to connect the equipment to the electronic equipment and the air compressor, then the equipment can be operated, because we will ship the equipment in the whole package form, when the customer arrives, there is no need to install the equipment again. You can use or rent a forklift to remove the machine from the car.
2:Is there any training for clients or for us?
We are responsible for providing technical training for users.The training will include equipment construction and maintenance,equipment control and operation.Through the training, the user's technical staff can master the operation and maintenance skills,and timely deal with the general failure.We will appoint qualified technicians to guide us.Otherwise, we will provide English instructions for each machine.
3:How about "quality assurance"?
We are responsible for production line failure and damage due to our design, technology, manufacturing, installation, adjustment and material defects. Each machine will be tested against the actual sample of the customer and pre-adjusted in the factory.We can shoot videos for our customers to check before shipment to ensure machine quality and customer satisfaction.
4:What about the warranty?
For problems caused by our design, manufacturing and material quality, we will provide 12 months of maintenance period. If problems caused by the above reasons, we will provide relevant parts and effective services free of charge.We will provide customers with lifelong technical support and after-sales service.
