was established in 2008 in Linyi city, Shandong Province, China.
Since the factory established, we are focus on the PE tarps for widely using.
Xiulin company covers an area of 15,000 square meters with over 200 skilled and experienced workers.
The factory has two main workshop: the tarpaulin cloth workshop and finished tarpaulin processing and packing. 55 water-jet looms, 6 wire drawing machines and 2 coating machines, including 1 high-speed double-film coating machine for the basic tarpaulin cloth production. And 9 lines for finished tarpaulin, including 6 edge Heat-sealed machine, 2 automatic eyelet installing machines, 2 rolling process machine.
By adopting Japanese technology and machines, not only monthly production capacity exceeds 1,500 tons and annual capacity of 20,000 tons, but also improved the tarps quality much. Our tarpaulin have a good performance not only in the tear strength, tensile strength and waterproof, but have made a great breakthrough in the UV resistance and anti-aging performance.
Xiulin tarpaulin never stop spacing forward! We have develop our tarpaulin from only for the truck cover and cargo cover to a wider using: moisture-proof ground tarpaulin, pool bottom tarpaulin, relief tent, camping tent and fishing tent cloth.
