Product Overview
Rotary kiln burner
Most of the burners of rotary kiln extend into the kiln head shell through the kiln head cover. The materials are heated to the required temperature by flame and radiation. There are many kinds of burners, such as coal injection pipe, oil spray gun, gas nozzle and so on. When the reaction temperature is low, a combustion chamber is set up beside the kiln hood to supply heat by passing hot flue gas into the kiln.
Power range: 200 ~ 20000KW
Single burner: 500 ~ 10000t / D production line
Applicable fuel:
Pulverized coal, blue charcoal
natural gas. Liquefied gas, gas, light hydrocarbon gas, etc
. light oil, heavy oil, residual oil and mixed oil
It is mainly used in:
Cement kilns, pelletizing kilns, lime kilns, lithium kilns, magnesia kilns, alumina kilns, chromite kilns, beneficiation kilns
and other kilns in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power and other industries.
According to the process requirements, it can be designed as two duct, three duct, four duct and five duct burner.
