Q1: What cerficates do you have for Portable Power Station?
Generally we have PSE, FCC, CE, Rohs, UN38.3, MSDS, etc. Please check with us for certain model.
Q2: How Long does the Portable Power Station can backup?
It depends on the devices powered by portable power station. But the device power can't exceed the maximum power of internal inverter.
Generally the bakcup hours can be calculated by battery capacity (watt*hour) / device power (Watt). But the real backup time will be less as there is power loss from transfering battery DC energy to AC 110V or 220V.
You can also calculate the charge times for electronics products with internal battery by watt*hour / watt*hour.
Q3: What kind of voltage format and AC outlet do you have?

Q5: What's the MOQ for customized OEM order?
The standard MOQ is specified by our tooling and material suppliers. The MOQ for small plastic shell is 1000 and aluminum shell 500. The MOQ of customized carton is normally 500 to 1000 pieces. But if we have materials in stock, we will lower the MOQ accordingly. Also, we will try our best to negotiate with our supplier for lowest MOQ for your order.
Our factory may also cover the MOQ for your order by buying extra materials than order needed.
Q6: Can I buy a sample for quality and function test?
Yes, that's very reasonable for a buyer. And we have small quantity of inventory for such demand.
Q7: Can you offer customized service for wholesale order?
Yes, we can. We can even offer customized featuer for sample order. As to the wholesale order, please refer to the above mentioned MOQ. And we can print your logo on product and package.
