SPUMANTE EXTRA DRY "LE CIACOLE"


Straw yellow in colour, to the nose it is delicate, fruity and slightly aromatic with notes of green apple and peach; its bouquet has floral notes of rose and wisteria.
Its taste is smooth and balanced with a good flavour persistence.
Serve at 6-8°C.

Vinification
Vinified in white with the soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation of must at low temperatures without the use of sulphur dioxide, slow re-fermentation in autoclave at low temperatures.

Small family-run farm, which cultivates vineyards (about 12 hectares), produces wine, sparkles and bottles about 100,000 bottles of sparkling wine per year.

We believe that in order to obtain an excellent product, it is necessary to spend a lot of time and we must take care of every detail.
This is why the vineyards are hand-worked with passion, the harvest is done by hand and in the cellar all the processing processes are carried out with the utmost attention and care, using first-rate equipment.

Careful work and state-of-the-art technology help produce a high quality Prosecco

Brancher pays particular attention to the production of its Prosecco wine. Nothing is left to chance; the care of the vines, the well-planned and only manual harvest, the equipment is top notch. Everything is planned in great detail.

Very attentive to vinification techniques, Brancher mainly uses the cold, it takes advantage of the maceration on the skins and it does not use sulphur dioxide in the initial vinification stages.
Every Brancher bottle is the result of a step-by-step process that leads to quality wines, guaranteed in their uniqueness.
