Q2: Which mode of transportation will you use?
A: For the light weight and small size products, we will use the international express delivery companies such as TNT, DHL, FEDEX etc. It usually takes 3 to 5 days to reach your area. It can save your time, especially when customers are in urgent need of products. For the heavy weight (more than 300KG) and large size (more than 0.01 CBM), we will advise you to use sea transportation. If you do not have a shipping agent, please let us help you find a reliable transportation company, we will ensure your products arrive safely.
Q3: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could provide samples for free, but we don't pay the freight. But if your products are customized, we could not provide samples for free.

A: For the stamping samples, the delivery time is about 15-20 days, because we need to make the mold. Other products need to take 7-10 days.
