Q2: When production will be finished after order has been placed?
Usually the production and delivery time will be within 30 days after receiving your deposit payment.
The exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.

Q3: How long will it take for customers to get the goods?
Usually it takes maximum 10-35 days for shipment to your destination port.
We will choose the fastest shipment method for you to make sure you will get your product as early as possible, But it depends on Destination and shipping lines' conditions.

Q4: Does any items shown on website are available in stock?
Most items are to be ordered. Stock items may be available because we have more than 400 retail stores accross China mainland. If you really need some item in short time, please talk to your client manager for latest stock information.

Q5: How can i get quotation and make order?
Just simply inform our staff item numbers (or link) of the items you are interested in and we will prepare detail quotation for you. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
