Product name: ZG35CrMo Rolling mill steel casting large work roll bearing housing

We can manufacture different type of bearing housing/chock according to drawing.

Production process

1. Material--

Large OEM metallurgical bearing housing/block/chock can be produced by forging or casting.Common used material is 35CrMo,42CrMo,casting gray Iron, ductile iron, chrome bearing steel GCr15 or other customized material.

2.Heat Treatment--Quenching and tempering

After QT,we can guarantee the whole hardness of the bearing housing/block/chock and mechanical property.

3.Precision CNC machining

Bearing housing/block/chock is produced by precision CNC machining to guarantee it's tolerances and accuracy.

4.Inspection

Coordinate Measuring/cm

By using the three-coordinate measuring machine to inspect and measure the shape and position tolerance of the bearing housing/block/chock.

Size inspection--by using different measuring tools to inspect all dimensions of the bearing housing/block/chock to ensure that these dimensions are the same as the drawings.

Bearing housing / Chocks / bearing block are the key parts for rolling mill or skin pass mill or continuous casting machine. They are supporting rollers rotating in high speed to get the strip rolled and reach the function of roller changing.
