If with nonhuman factors quality problems in two years, we assure you the repair, maintenance or replacement for free.

If you want to know any other repair information, please contact us.

2. After the order, we provide you with 2% of the accessories in extra, you can select the type and quantity according to the requirements.

3. We and the client undertake respectively 50% of the freight, you are in charge of the one back to China, and we, of the one delivered to you.

4. We ensure to provide the same product for the continuous three years, with the same accessories. But the mainboard or the chip might be changed due to the upgrade process.

1. What about your MOQ?

One piece for the sample order is accepted.

2.What about delivery time?

For sample(s), 3-5 days is Okay; For bulk order, usually, it takes 7-15days, it depends on your quantity. 

3. Which Payment can terms be accepted?

For the sample, we can accept Paypal, Western Union and Bank transfer. For bulk order, we accept Paypal, T/T, Western Union

4. Can I get a free sample?

No, you need to pay the sample cost and the shipping cost at first, then when your order quantity more than 100pcs, we can return the sample cost to you.

Yes, we provide OEM and ODM service. Because we have our R&D department.

6. How can your printer work with our system? 

All printers will come with a CD driver, install it, they can print.
