1.Purchase department screen the suppliers of raw materials such as steel tube, pipe, plate, plastic,nylon pulley, alloy pulley,flexible steel cable, bearing, synthetic leather, PU foam cushion, and report to quality department for approval.
2.Purchase raw materials only from the qualified supplier that are checked in the quality.
3.Strict processing on the drawing by modern machinerywe have drawing administration system.
4.Quality department inspect the semi-finished products and checked in, and dispose all the defective part.
5.Welding department weld the mainframe, and inspect and test by the quality department by drawing and standard.
6.Assembling the gym equipment, and inspect the actual performance one by one, and check in for every gym equipment.
