The company attaches importance to the research and development of new products and new technology, focusing on the use of automation and information technology to enhance the transformation of traditional industries. We have partnered with some domestic universities to establish research cooperation since 2010, seeing more than 10 projects successively which not only solved over 30 key common technical problems but also brought with economic benefits of more than 10 million yuan. Till the end of 2015, our technique center had achieved more than 30 national patents and presented over 600 new products, while the glider gloves developed by the center had won the approval of the appraisement of sci-tech achievements organized by the Provincial Science and Technology Commission, in an international advanced level. The main techniques used are: ski glove design technology, CAD technology, laser cutting technology, and computer down filling machine.
* Ski glove design technology
The company is equipped with a technique center. The R&D team has a wealth of experience in ski glove design, research and
development, especially capable in development of new products and new design based on reasonable patterns and good match of
fabrics, plus the introduction of electronic and intelligent technologies.
* CAD technology
The company introduced advanced CAD technology, so that such systems as fabric design, pattern design, intelligent pattern making,
automatic grading, and personalized marker laying can be completed on the computer, greatly reducing the production costs.
* Laser cutting technology
The company introduced advanced laser cutting machine that can produce cut-parts and laces of arbitrary shapes controlled by
computer. The use of laser helps achieve non-contact processing, ensuring fine and smooth cutting, fast speed, and safe operation,
solving many problems under traditional mode and improving product quality and production efficiency.
* Computer down filling machine
Four down-filling mouths can work at the same time. The filling weight is controlled by computer with an accuracy of 0.01g every time.
