Application
Diaphragm valve is a series of sanitary diaphragm valve which is widely used in wine, dairy beverage, food industry and pharmacy etc. To meet the requirement of control and opening/closing of the pipeline system.

Working Principle
The diaphragm is closed under the normal state when the diaphragm clings to the cavity of the valve body and closes the flow path through the pipeline. When the diaphragm gets the requirement of cleaning or opening, the valve stem moves upwards according to the manual or pneumatic actuator equipment, spherical diaphragms naturally bend upwards, so that the valve is open and reaches the requirement of cleaning and opening The diaphragm makes the lower body cavity and the upper chamber separated from the valve cover, so that the stem at the top of the diaphragm, disc media and other parts from corrosion, eliminating the need for packing structure, and no media leaks. The optimized valve body makes the cleaning liquid flow out totally so that there will be no retention

Materials
Steel components: stainless steel 304, 316L
Seal: EPDM+ PTFE, the seals are imported seal material (which conform to the FDA1772600 standard). With JACNG unique technology the bolt can connect with EPDM/PTFE to be a perfect whole sealing parts. The PTFE material that gets in touch with the medium has good cold resistance(-25°C)and excellent heat-resistance(+250°C). And it also has good tolerance of all sorts of chemical reagent and excellent wear resistance to fluid.

The parts of valves: an actuator, diaphragm and body which are assemble together with bolts and nuts. The entire valve is assembled meticulously. The actuator can be manual and pneumatic, the diaphragm is made of artificial rubber which can have all kinds of soft and hard degree. The body can be two-way or three-way.
