Q:How can I get a sample?
A: Stock samples without customized are free with freight collect only. For customized samples will be charged at cost and freight price.
Q:What's your sample time?
A:For customized sample order, usually 3- 7 working days .
Q:What's your OEM/ODM service?
A:OEM/ODM material, logo, color, packing all are welcome and available.
Q:What is your lead time?
A:Production begins on receipt of related confirmation or payment, and the lead time depends on quantity, and craft process you choose. Production times vary from as little as 1-3 days.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A: 70% down payment against commercial invoice, 30% payment upon notification ready for shipment. T/T ,Paypal, Bank transfer all acceptable. Can be negociated.
