The LZSU-5 Front Loader Steering Column Assembly also called steering shaft assembly, steering gear assembly, direction machine assembly,steering rack assembly. The Front Loader Steering Column Assembly height can be changed, and it can tilting up and tilting down for 28 degree. The steering wheel diameter 350mm,the hydraulic Front Loader Steering Column Assembly shroud is plastic injection moulding. This Front Loader Steering Column Assembly had mounted the rocker switch, left combination switch, ignition switch, and wire harness. This steering column assembly is ergonomically designed for the construction machinery .

The steering column assembly is a device intended primarily for connecting the steering wheel to the steering mechanism.
The steering column assembly adopts modular design, which is divided into instrument cluster modules, switch modules, control modules, electrical distribution box modules, wiring harness modules which can be arbitrarily matched according to different needs of customers.
The steering column shroud is plastic injection moulding from durable materials, and tough construction to withstand everyday wear and tear ,it can using under -50℃ to 80 ℃. Energy dissipation management in the event of a frontal collision to ensure safe and reliable driving. The inside components are plastic injection moulding or galvanised to prevent rust.
Depend on the space of your construction machinery cabin and operator convenience ,we offer different models of steering column assembly, all the steering column can be made with different installation plate according to your need. The steering column is mounted on the hydraulic power steering pump through the keys , we have parallel key and spline key.
