Introduction

 

Dual Layer Strip Winder Servo Motor Driven Reactor Foil Winding Machine BRJ600-2-2 is a core-clamping type foil winding machine, and it  adopts double servo motors, which makes two ends of the mandrel have the same torque and ensures the two ends to wind synchronously. This kind of reactor foil winding machine can wind 1 or 2 layers of foil conductor and 1or 2 layers of insulation paper at the same time. The reactor foil winding machine adopts PLC based control system, and can be easily operated. Operators just need to clamp the core on the machine, input all of the parameters, then it can wind automatically as per the parameters. The parameters are input through a touch-screen user interface. Moreover, this reactor foil winding machine can count the number of turns, reversibly input parameters by segment, and have power-off memory.
