Q1: Are you a factory or only a trade company?
A1: We have our own factories to produce kids toys, plush pet toys, pet beds, pet accessories, rubber or plastic pet toys and electronic pet toys and supplies. We also have been keeping good relations with 100 pet suppliers which produce pet leashes & collars, bowls and mats, cat trees and etc., so that we can always get the most competitive prices and good quality goods. It can save your sourcing and buying time a lot, and you can get a one-stop solution in our company.
Q2: When should I get your quotation?
A2: During work days, response will be made within 12 hours after getting your inquiry. You can also call us or email us to get quicker response.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A3: The MOQ for different items are different. Pls ask our sales to know more.
Q4: How long is the lead time?
A4: For stocked products: sampling time is 1-3 days and mass production time is 15 days. For customized design: sampling time is 7 days and mass production time is 45-60 days. This depends on the quantity and whether the design needs new screen printing, model, material etc.
Q5: How about the shipping cost?
A5: Shipping cost shall be covered by the customer. (1) For small orders, we can send goods to you via couriers, such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc. We have long term of cooperation with them so that the price is good.(2) For large orders, we could ship the goods via sea and quote the price to you. Whether to use our forwarder or yours, it depends on you.
Q6: How about the price? Can you give me a discount?
A6: The final price depends on the product specifications and the quantity you need. We will provide you a reasonable quotation after receiving the full description of the items you want. Large quantity, cheaper price.
Q7: Can I have the logo on the products?
A7: For OEM and ODM products, the answer is YES. It can be done based on your design. But for our brand products, we prefer to use our own brand.
Q8: What format of the file do you need if I want customized design?
A8: We have professional product designer here and we can accept normal formats as JPG, PSD, AI, PDF and etc.
Q9: How many colors and sizes are available?
A9: You can customized any colors and sizes you need, or we could also recommend some popular styles to you.
