Product Description

Valve assembly is the key component of the fluid end of slurry pump, which has high working frequency and great influence. Itsquality directly affects the service life of the hydraulic cylinder and is one of the main vulnerable parts of the mud pump. Itsmain material is forged by high quality alloy steel (20CrMnTi, 20CrNiMo) which is higher than the standard of petroleum industry.

The advanced heat treatment method is adopted to obtain high strength and toughness. The hardness of the working surface is aboveHRC58, and it is processed and manufactured according to strict technological regulations to ensure high finish and accurate size.

Valve rubber, also known as Versaille rubber, is the main accessories in the hydraulic end system of drilling mud pump. It is the key part of the life of valve body. The material of ordinary valve rubber is NBR, and polyurethane rubber can also be used to improve the working temperature range of rubber. The valve assembly consists of a body assembly and a seat. According to the inner hole form of the seat, the assembly can be divided into through-hole valve, three-seat valve and four-seat valve. The main function of the valve assembly is to control the water inflow and drainage of the mud in the tank.
