Nantong Huaqin Textile is centrally located in Nantong, China, a city that is an hour away from Shanghai and famous for producing home and hotel textiles.
The company was founded in 1999, specializing in home and hotel textiles. It has passed BSCI, WARP, ISO and other factory Audit, created its own brand and patent, and also carried out various physical and chemical tests on its products. All products meet the environmental standard of OEKO-TEX 100.
Huaqin Textile has a complete supply chain, with 460 advanced wide-width air jet loom, high-speed water jet loom, and large diameter circular machines in the weaving workshop. It can produce more than 500 thousand meters of all kinds of fabric each month.
The dyeing and finishing workshop ensure high dyeing quality and timely delivery, which improves the overall production
efficiency. All fabric are inspected and tested by Data color checking machine. They will not be used until all readout data meet the customer’s requirements. Professional operation and advanced testing yield better colour control, which satisfies customer’s demand more.
Cutting department prints out the cutting template of each product through computer and uses a high- speed automatic cutting machine to cut quickly.
Every day, skilled sewing workers produce different types of products, including aprons, stretch chair covers, stretch bistro
table covers, polyester tablecloth, napkins, and bedding sets. Efficient production and certified quality makes Huaqin Textile a leading company in the industry.
Packing workers are in strict accordance with customer’s requirements in inspecting, collecting, and packing.
