Machine characteristics
1. This machine has high labor productivity and high bending accuracy for bending metal sheets. When bending sheets of different
thicknesses, different shapes of upper and lower dies can be used to bend into various shapes of workpieces.
2. The frame adopts a steel plate welding structure, and the internal stress is eliminated by heat treatment and annealing, and
has sufficient strength and rigidity.
3． Integrated hydraulic system, simple and practical structure, hydraulic down-moving, few failure.
4． Adopting dual guide with cylinder side and upper stop, the performance is stable and reliable, and the bending angle is
accurate.
5． The upper mold is equipped with a quick-clamping intermediate plate with a wedge-type fine adjustment compensation mechanism to
ensure a high bending accuracy.
This product adopts Japanese advanced technology (which can achieve the same bending accuracy as that of Japanese AMADA company
products), reliable performance, beautiful appearance, low failure rate and low maintenance cost. It is widely used in aircraft,
automobiles, ships, electrical appliances, machinery, communications , Elevator, air conditioner, kitchenware, complete set of

Machine structure
1. Frame
--- The frame is welded into a frame-shaped frame from the left and right side panels, the lower panel, the cross beam, etc.,which
has good strength and rigidity.
--- After strict heat treatment and stress relief annealing to eliminate welding internal stress, the bed has high accuracy and
good stability.
2.Hydraulic system:
a. The motor, pump, and valve are installed under the fuel tank. The motor drives the pump to supply pressure oil. Each valve is
controlled by the electric hydraulic system to achieve the upward movement of the lower table driven by the oil cylinder.
b. Free fall of its own weight when the work platform down, fast and stable, and high safety.
c. The hydraulic system design also uses the design oil circuit of the Japanese AMADA RG-6020 bending machine, and equipped with
hydraulic parts of the same quality, hydraulic pumps is same brand of TRUMPF CNC punching machine, to reduce the hydraulic
pipeline to a minimum. This ensures a high reliability and safety during machine operation.
3. Electrical system:
a. Three-phase AC power supply is used. The control circuit voltage is provided by the electric control transformer. The DC power
required for the solenoid valve of the execution circuit is provided by the transformer and silicon rectifier.
b. The electrical system complies with the relevant standards stipulated by the state. All the main electrical components are
imported, which is safe, reliable, stable in quality, and easy to replace.
4. Rear positioning system:
Belongs to automatic rear positioning system, that is, Multi-step automatic movement, accurate positioning without repeated
positioning errors and accumulated errors.
It adopts Mitsubishi's rear positioning motor and servo amplifier.
5. Depth control system:
The rising height of the down table can be arbitrarily defined, and each step can be different, and the requirements of
different material lengths, different material thicknesses, and different bending angles can be realized at one time.
Uses Mitsubishi's depth control motor and servo amplifier.
Mould:
a. The upper and lower dies can be installed by splicing multiple pieces of short dies or the whole long dies. It has the
characteristics of high accuracy, good interchangeability and easy assembly and disassembly.
b. It is completely universal and interchangeable with the mold used in the bending machine produced by the Japanese AMADA
company.
