Application:

CKJ5 series AC Vacuum Contactor is designed for long-distance making and breaking in circuit, frequency starting and controlling AC motor in the power system with AC 50 Hz-60Hz, rated operating voltage to 1140V. It also can be formed with thermal relay and all kinds of protection apparatus, as electromagnetic starter, especially applies to explosion electromagnetic starter and all sorts of power control equipment. It may apply to the department of mine, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, power, communication transportation and so on.

Structure:

The vacuum contactor is arranged up and down, consisting of a vacuum interrupter, an insulating frame, an insulator, a snap-on closing electromagnetic mechanism, a mechanical locking mechanism, a diverter switch and a chassis. Insulators and insulating frames can achieve high voltage loop to ground and phase insulation and support.

Normal working conditions:
1) Altitude above sea should not be over 1,000m;
2) Ambient temperature is -5~40°C;
3) Average temperature in 24 hour limited below 35°C;
4) When the highest temperature is 40°C, the relative humidity should not be higher than 50%;
5) Pollution degree: class 3
