1. Are you a factory or seller?
We are a professional factory of portable air conditioner, dehumidifier for more than 21 years.

2. What certificate are available?
Most of our products have passed CE, GS, Rohs, ERP, ETL, CB, etc, which are normally done by globally-known testing rooms such as SGS and TUV.

3. What is the lead time for our order?
15-30 days after we receive your deposit and all artworks.

4. What service can you provide?
a. We can provide OEM/ODM service, neutral package design and pre shipment inspection service for you.
b.For each order we provide one year warranty for the quality, and we also provide 0.5% free spare parts for after-sales service.

5. May I start from a sample?
Yes, we can prepare a sample for your testing before ordering.

6. How about your production capacity?
We have total 10 production lines. We can achieve a production capacity of more than 1.5 milion pieces per year, which proves we already have sufficient manufacturing capacity for orders.

7. How is your quality controlling?
