• Application guidelines

1. Before using this product, you should read the product manual in detail, and use it under the guidance of professionals. The cleaning method can be spraying, hot soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.

2. When in use, the concentration of the cleaning solution should be adjusted according to the severity of the oil stain. In order to obtain the best cleaning effect, it is generally a cleaning solution with a concentration of 5-10% from the original solution and water, and spray cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning at room temperature 3~10 minutes, rinse it with clean water and then dry it or dry it directly, depending on the cleaning requirements of the workpiece. Increasing the concentration of the cleaning solution can improve the cleaning ability. The concentration of cleaning agent is relatively higher when manually wiping and cleaning.

3. When the oil is extremely heavy or encounters high melting point lipids, part of the sludge should be removed manually or mechanically before cleaning.

• Notice

1. Adjust the concentration of the cleaning fluid according to the severity of the oil, and the cleanliness of the surface of the cleaned workpiece will determine the subsequent workpiece treatment process.

2. Remove the floating oil on the surface of the tank in time to avoid secondary pollution.

3. 1%~3% of cleaning agent should be added regularly every day. If the cleaning ability cannot reach the original level after being replenished, it can be discarded and replaced with a new solution.

4. The heating temperature should not be higher than 45°, otherwise it will cause the decomposition of the ingredients and affect the cleaning effect.

5. Do not make this product come into contact with eyes. If you accidentally splash into your eyes, lift your eyelids and rinse them with running water or saline. Do not swallow this product. If you swallow it, do not induce vomiting. Keep resting and get medical care in time.

6. To prevent excessive degreasing of the skin, please wear chemical-resistant gloves during operation.
