Q1. Can I have a sample order for led Lighting?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A:Normal Sample needs 5-10 days, mass production time needs 35-55days weeks base on orders.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for order?

A: Low MOQ, for lamps 200pcs,and LED BULBS 1000PCS.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For samples,We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes 3-5 days to arrive.

For large quantities,Land transportation, sea transportation, and air transportation are all available.

Q5. How to proceed an order for led lighting?

A: 1st, let us know your requirements or application.
2nd, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
3rd, customer confirms the samples or datasheet,and artworks,then places deposit for formal order.
4th,We arrange the production.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo and customized package style on led lighting product?

A: Yes,sure.We offer OEM and ODM service. Please inform us formally before confirm order and payment.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we offer 100% after sales service.For small quantities,we will send new lights with new order. For defective batch products,We will hand it over to our QC department for professional analysis and answer the reasons within 5-10 working days. We can negotiate a friendly solution based on the actual situation to compensate for the actual loss, including shipping costs, customs clearance fees, brand loss fees, etc.
