1. We choose the material of PTFE hose according to customer's requests. Some of material made in China, and some of material made in Japan & US.
2. Our technology for stainless steel wire braiding is unique in China. We can make the hoses to reach a higher pressure by adjusting the braiding strengths and numbers of wire during braiding process.
3. We use Techmaflex crimping machine which was imported from France and designed for Teflon hose crimping, with more accurate size.
4. We design, manufacture, crimp and pressure test the hose assemblies by ourselves. So we can control the quality from end to end to make sure every hose is qualified.
5. We can laser engrave length, sizes and logo on the hose fittings. It is more easier to identify the what size and length it is.
6. Each hose packed in a plastic bag and sealed. You can sell to your customers directly, and no need to spend times to repack.

7. Pressure Testing
At QC Hydraulics, we take in pride in our quality assurance, testing every hose assembly before it is shipped. The quality of our PTFE hose is one of our top priorities, one we take very seriously.
1). After crimping, we will test assembly with 1.5 times standard working pressure holding at least 5 minutes.
2). All of our PTFE hose assemblies are 100% tested, bagged and labeled.
