Large Capacity Lab Cylinder Ball Mill for Both Wet and Dry Fine Grinding of Ores
Small ball mill is totally enclosed intermittent grinding equipment which is capable of both dry grinding and wet grinding.The grinding feed sizes are 2-15M/M and the grinding amount for each time is 15-30kgs.
It is used to grind materials in half industrial laboratories and other small scale industries such as non-ferrous ores,iron and maganese ores,cement,refractories,slag,ceremics,building materials,coall,chemicals,agriculture,forestry,environmenta,fireproof materials,metallurgy and light chemical.
During the study of ores’ separability, this machine is not only used as a ball mill, but also meet requirement of getting the desired particle size of grinded materials according to beneficiation method, steel rods can be the grinding media to be used for rod mill.

Description of Lab Cylinder Ball Mill Principle:
This machine is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, external belt drive, two warehouses, lattice type energy-saving ball mill. The material is uniformly fed into the mill first-storage by the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feeding material. The chamber has a step liner or a corrugated liner, which is filled with steel balls of different specifications, and the cylinder rotates to generate centrif

After the material reaches the rough grinding in the first bin, it enters the second bin through the single-layer partition plate.The bin is embedded with a flat liner with steel balls inside to further grind the material.
