Tube Design

The evacuated tube design was originally developed in the 1980s and has proven to be extremely robust. the tube is essentially two glass tubes that are fused at the top and bottom.  The inner tube has a solar absorbing coating, and the space between the two tubes is evacuated to form a vacuum. size of tubes can be according to difference requirements.

Strong Glass

The tubes are made from a type of glass called Borosilicate, the same base material used many Pyrexglass products used in kitchens around the world.  Borosilicate glass has the characteristic of being very strong and also has excellent light transparency (>92% @ 2mm thick) . 

The wall thickness of the glass greatly impact the strength, longevity and naturally also the cost.  Our evacuated tubes are custom made to strict requirements that exceed the industry standards, including a 1.8mm thick wall ensuring excellent strength and resilience to hail impact, some of them are even more thicker upto 2.3mm.

(5)Ensun standard warranty does not cover any product,damages or injuries resulting from misuse,neglect,normal

expected wear,chemically caused corrosion,improper installation or operation to fatory recommendation.
(6)Ensun shall not be liable for the result:equipment that has been modified,stampered with or altered without authorization.
2.The following causes are covered by standard warranty period:
If fault occurs,please notify us with a complete description or picture of the alleged malfunction,including the date of

purchase from us,installation and operating condition of subject product.
We will subsequently review this information,and give you the feedback at once.
(1)During our warranty period,the components which don't work can be changed free;and after warranty period,the

components which dont's work can be changed at a low cost price;
(2)The warranty product should be shipped within your next order.
