Using Process
Commercial Popcorn Maker~~~
First Step:
Prepare the food material:oil 400g,sugar 500g,corn kernels 500g
Second Step:
Coal machine connections, must be a low pressure valve, plug the power cord,open fire size switch, open the ignition switch, lit fire size adjustment.After lit the fire, watching the fire flame, the picture of the fire heat color is standard, if there are other heat color, the size of the switch will need to adjust the fire.
Third Step:
Good observation after the fire, put down the pot, prepare corn kernels, switch on mixing, adjust half speed.Begin blasting the popcorn, open the mixing oil and oil preheating 30 to 40 seconds, pour the corn kernels and sugar into the pot,turn the fast speed to rotate.Remember cover the pot to avoid oil spilling.Normal blasting is: about 3 minutes 15 seconds,then sound will begain to be samll,when the sound is disappeared,that means the popcorn are finished.
