Ultra HD TV heatsink heat material 50um flexible graphite film sheet

Synthetic graphite sheet, also called artificial graphite sheet, is a new film material made of Polyimide by sintering. It has a unique grain orientation, can conduct heat evenly along both directions (x-y-axis and z-axis), and the laminate structure can be well adapted to any surface.

The synthetic graphite film bare material is conductive and has no viscosity. If paste is needed, glue and PET film can be added to play the role of insulation and protection, and then the film can be pasted after being torn apart.

Features of synthetic graphite sheet:

★ Ultra-high thermal conductivity —the maximum thermal conductivity in the plane can reach 1900

W/m.k (2 to 5 times as high as copper, 3 to 8 time as high as aluminum).
★ Ultralight —30% lighter than aluminum of the same size and 80% lighter than copper.
★ Ultra-thin —the thickness can be from 0.012 to 0.07mm.
★ Low thermal resistance
★ Temperature resistance —the maximum operating temperature can reach 2800℃ and the minimum can
be lower than -40℃.
★ easy processing —can be die-cut into different sizes, shapes.
★ Flexibility —it is easy to laminate with metal, insulating or double-sided adhesive to increase design
flexibility and can be processed with adhesives
