This equipment consists of an automatic lifter and a flat plate washer/water treatment/baking/curing machine.
1. Automatic lift exposure machine
The equipment consists of automatic lifting, bottom exposure, preheating and automatic glue injection system. It adopts imported drive motor combined with unique lifting system and injection system to make the equipment lifting and filling (paving) more stable and durable. The exposure system adopts imported Philips UVA lamp combined with special high-quality 25MM glass to ensure the flatness and precision of the printing plate. Thickness error is less than plus or minus 0.05mm
2. Flat plate washing / water treatment / baking / curing machine
This equipment adopts imported conveyor, brush-washing, with filtered water circulation and thermostat. In addition to adhesion and light curing, imported Philips UVA/UVC lamps are used respectively. Suitable for making liquid resin plates of various thicknesses, such as printing plastics, paper packaging, woven bags, etc. Suitable for environmental protection requirements
