Product Description
Electronically controlled injector is the most critical and complex part in common rail system, and it is also the most difficult part in design and process. ECU controls the opening and closing of the solenoid valve to inject the fuel in the high pressure fuel rail into the combustion chamber with the best injection timing, injection quantity and injection rate. In order to achieve effective injection starting point and accurate injection quantity, the common rail system uses a special injector with hydraulic servo system and electronic control components (solenoid valve).
The injector is composed of orifice nozzle, hydraulic servo system (control piston, control orifice, etc.) and solenoid valve, which are similar to traditional injector.
