Working principle:

This peanut butter making machine works through different shapes of stator and rotor grinding, the stator and rotor will relative motion at the high speed running, when the materials are grinded at the self-possessed, air weight, and centrifugal force, when adjusts the gap of the stator and rotor, the materials will bear powerful shearing force, friction force, impact force and high-frequency vibration, the material will be crushed and grinded at low fineness and mixed well, then we can get the final ideal products, like peanut butter and tahini.

Yes, 220v single phase can use smaller models like 50 and 80 model.

Bigger models mush be three phase voltage like 220v or 380v.

Usually if you don’t need to modify the machine voltage, within 7 days.

3.About the circulation system, i don‘’t have experience working with this kind of mills, is really necessary the circulation system for peanut butter, tahini, nutella or others nuts butters?

Usually for the paste sauce materials like peanut butter and sesame butter, it is not suitable to use the self-circulation system, because too thick. Mostly the self-circulation system is used for liquid materials, like soy milk. The self-circulation is to increase the fineness of the finished product.

4.On the process, the peanut or the sesame must be hot or just ambient temperature?

Usually just ambient temperature is okay,but this machine has water cooling system.

5.One of my product is peanut butter with chocolate powder and sugar caramel,can i mix this 3 products at the same time ?

Yes,they can be mixed grinding through this machine. 

6.Does this machine have CE ?
