NEXTORCH was established in 2005. Since then, we have been specialized in manufacturing portable lightings, such us flashlight, headlamp, bike light, weapon light, etc. Our factory is located in Yangjiang city, which is the most famous city for making knives in China. Q1: Are you manufacturer? Yes, We are professional manufacturer of led flashlights, headlamps, and other lighting product for over 15 years. Q2: What is your lead time for delivery? We will deliver stock items within 5 days after payment received, normally within 48 hours.
Q3: Will you do OEM/ODM? What is your MOQ? Yes, we have a R&D team over 70 engineers; we can do OEM/ODM, for details pls contact our sales people.
Q4: How long is your warranty? We provide 5 years warranty for all our products, rechargeable battery for 1 year, but accessories are not covered by warranty.
Q5: Can I place RTS (ready to ship items) orders directly? Yes, pls feel free to place order, 99% of our models have sufficient stock to fulfill RTS shipment. And after placing the order, you can still discuss with our sales people to revise or cancel the order before delivery. Thanks
