1. Are you manufacturer or trading company ?

We are manufacturer who produce ball bearing drawer slide and cabinet hinge in Jieyang city,

Guangdong province,China.

2. What is the MOQ for the first order ?

If make the client's logo and package, MOQ is 1*20 feet container. If it is normal goods, MOQ is 

1000 sets per size.

3. How about your factory strength?

Our factory has 85 workers and 12 management employees. There are 20 sets advanced

&automatic production processing equipment. Our production capacity is about 30 containers

each month. Also, we have a professional team specially for overseas market. 

4. How is your Quality ?

Some of our items are approved by SGS. E.g.45kgs Loading Capacity Test, 24HrsSalt Spray Test.

And also, our factory own Salt spray testing machine & Cycle testing machine. For each order. we

take several samples inspection to do Salt spray testing & Cycle testing by ourself to gurantee the

good surface & using life.On the other hand, we pay more attentionto IQC and QC. All the materials

we buy are with Higher Grade. E.g. Hardened Cold-rolled steel for ballbearing slide,High Quality Electro-plating.

Also, we strictly inspect the goods before packing.

5. How can we do if goods are received with some quality problems?

All our goods are strictly inspected during producing,the probability to get defective products is rare.

But if there are some quality problems.such as finish,demaged problems. you just take some photos and

some proof. After verified the problem , we will refund your money or resend the goods.

6. What is the loading capacity for 20ft container?

Generally speaking, the max loading capacity is 27 tons
