Working principle
working principle:
M-series modular adsorption dryer is a high value-added product newly developed by Lingyu company. Compared with the traditional dryer, this series of products are smaller and smaller. 13X molecular sieve and straight through adsorption chamber make the adsorbent more efficient. At the same time, the whole machine is mainly made of high-quality aluminum alloy, which avoids secondary pollution to the compressed air.
The adsorption module of the modular adsorption dryer is composed of a number of high-strength 6063-T5 aluminum alloy cylinders, each of which is divided into two cavities A and B, and the cavity is filled with adsorbent. When cavity a is adsorbed, cavity B is regenerated by means of decompression regeneration. When cavity B is working, cavity a is regenerated by means of decompression regeneration, and two cavities A and B work alternately.
