A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from raw material to shipment. we have a complete and improving quality control system ,including IQC (incoming quality control), PPI(Preproduction Inspect ion),DPI (during production inspection ) and FQA (final quality assurance).
Q6: What is your after-sale service?
A: We can discuss it with you based on different defect goods.
Q7: What is your MOQ?
A: Different products have different MOQ, pls contact me for more details.
Q8: When will you make the delivery?
A: 7-10days upon receiving the payment. (sample order)
35-45days upon receiving 30% deposit. (bulk order)
Q9: What is your terms of payment?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP, DDU, etc.
Q10: Do you test all the goods before delivery ?
A: Yes, our QC department will 100% test the goods before delivery.
Q11: Will you arrange the shipment?
A: Generally the logistics company we cooperate can send the cargo to the place where you want. Besides, we promise that goods will be arranged as soon as possible and delivered in the shortest time.
Q12: Can we ask the after-sales service ? how long time will be the warranty time ?
A: Yes, we offer after-sales service for each product. Most products' warranty time is 6 months.
