Q3: What certificates do your products have? 

Our portable solar power stations / solar generators have acquired CE, FCC, PSE, ROHS and etc., we’re applying ETL and UL for some of products.

Q4: Can I take solar generator/power station on the plane?

Unfortunately, you can't. Under FAA regulations you are not allowed to take any battery exceeding 100Wh on a plane.

Q5. How to choose solar panels for solar generator/power station?

Q6: How long is the warranty? How to maintain the quality problem? How to deal with the quality problem?

Normally, warranty for 1 year.
For minor problems, our company will send maintenance instructions and spare parts. Customers can repair and replace spare parts by themselves according to the instructions. If it cannot be repaired within the warranty period, our company will provide new product replacement.

Warning tips for using lithium ion battery products!

1: Do not disassemble or deform the battery.

2: Never short circuit the battery.

3: Never reverse charge the battery.

4: Never get battery wet or immersed in water.

5: Do not exposure the battery or leave it on fire.

6: Charge batteries for every 3 months, if you haven’t use it for a long time.
