Wrap all the machine parts with bubble film & plastic film.

Insert necessary anti friction & collision pad at the corner. 

Set all the small parts on the machine bed to save space.

Trailer the full set machine to packing place. Forklift it on the fumigated wooden case. Fix the sticks on the bottom plywood. Customize wood case according to each model, special groove design, the bottom of the machine and the top metal structure of the tray is stuckked perfectly and prevent the machine from sliding in the wooden case.Reinforce steel wire outside the wooden case to prevent deformation of the wooden case. Forklift to wooden box into the container.

1. Guarantee Policy

Except consumable parts and fiber laser source, the whole machine is 3 year warranty. Except the damage is artificial, we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period, but you must send the damaged fittings to us by courier with your charge before we send back the alternative fittings to you(unless some problemed parts need no return). Out of the guaranteed period, should the parts required to be repaired or replaced, if any, service and parts will be charged.

2. After-sales service

We have a professional after-sales service team of 60 people, they are experienced in  installation, training, and online solutions.

1)Gweike engineers can go to the customers’ factory to help install machine and offer training for 5-7 days, customers need to pay the round-trip air tickets/hotel/food fees.

2)Gweike can supply  can supply machine use manual, installation videos and machine cutting parameters, and engineer can guide machine installation and training online.

3)If customers want to come to our factory to learn machine installation and operation in factory, our engineer can also support.

Q1: I knew nothing about this machine, what kind of machine i should choose?
Very easy to choose. Just tell us what you want to do by using CNC laser machine, then let us give you perfect solutions and suggestions.
Q2: When I got this machine, but I don’t know how to use it. What should I do?
We will send video and English manual with the machine. If you still have some doubts, we can talk by telephone or skype and e-mail.
Q3: If some problems happen to this machine during warranty period, what should I do? 
We will supply free parts during machine warranty period if machine have some problems. While we alsosupply free life long after-sales service. So any doubts, just let us know, we will give you solutions. 

Q4: Before sending me an inquiry on our fiber laser, it is better for you to provide me the following information
1)Your metal or non-metal material size. Because in our factory, we have different models according to working area.

1500*3000mm? or 1300*900mm? or other working size?
2)Your working materials:
Metal/Acrylic/plywood/MDF?
3)You want to engrave or cut?
If cut, could you tell me your cutting thickness? Because different cutting thickness need different laser laser power.
