We usually provide vehicle manufacturing and commissioning services to our regular customers in our vehicle manufacturing plants in Changzhou city free of charge. In case our customer requires such service at their site, we will send engineers to their place and they will only need to be responsible for the related transportation, hotel and food for our engineers.
Vehicle modifications, optimizations and upgrades are considered and performed when our customers are having different requirements which our existing vehicle models are not able to meet fully. Such modifications are load capacity increase, space increase, safety improvements, range increase, function increase and comfort increase.

FAQ
1.Do you have a minimum order quantity? ----- Yes, we do have MOQ. However, we will also be glad to supply sample vehicle to our customers upon their request.
2. What kinds of payment methods do you accept? ----- Our regular payment term is 40% advance payment after contract is signed, and 60% payment before delivery for batch order, all by T/T. We will prepare and send you the goods readiness proof before you make the 70% payment.
3. What is the product warranty? ----- Usually we do not provide warranty to the exported products, however, we ensure we will use quality parts and components for all vehicles we supply. Meanwhile we will provide certain free spare parts to our customers for the batch orders.
4. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?----- Yes, we have established long cooperation with trustworthy freight forwarding companies and logistic companies who are experienced in handling and shipping our electric vehicles and parts in a safe way. In addition, we understand our products deeply thus we will always be able to choose the most reliable packing methods.
5. How about the shipping charges? ----- We will choose the most suitable and economic way to ship the electric vehicles ordered by our customers. We will choose the shipping company who offers the most competitive prices.
6. Can you supply the relevant documentation? ----- Yes, we can provide most documents including but not limited to WMI, Technical Specification, Certificate of Origin, Dangerous Goods Certificate, MSDS, Certificate for Safe Transportation of Chemical Goods, etc.
7. What is your normal lead time? ----- The lead time for batch order is about 30 days after the advance payment is received. For sample order it may take longer time, depending on the production load, your customized requirements and the availability of components.
8. Are there any services available? ----- Yes, we are providing on-line technical services and supports to all vehicles we supply. And we also provide free consultancy services to electric vehicles and their components.
