CSD500 cutter suction dredger

CSD500, 3500m3 cutter suction dredger, is widely used in river dredging, sand making, port maintenance, land reclamation.

The modular structure makes the dredger be transported fast and easily and commissioned quickly at dredging site. The main pontoon houses the cutter ladder, ladder driving unit or winch, operation cabin, dredge pump, main diesel engine, auxiliary engine, discharge pipeline, spuds and spud cylinders. The two side pontoons provide the vessel with buoyancy and storage space.

Container Shipment
Julong dredgers are modular construction. They can be dismounted, and put into containers to save shipping cost and protect well. After the dredger arrive at site, it can be assembled easily.

Bulk cargo
For some big size dredger, Julong use bulk cargo transportation. The dredger is dismounted to small pieces, and covered by canvas.
